Senior Support Specialist-Surplus Lines, Client Care Team

WHO YOU ARE: An individual with 1-2 years of Property and Casualty industry experience (specifically with Surplus Lines), who can work effectively in a team environment, strives for continuous improvement and holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Providing rock star support to ensure that the client experience exceeds the satisfaction of each client and the standards of Amplified and Telamon Insurance.  You will collaborate closely with our Amplified and Telamon Sales and Service teams to provide excellent service delivery, and with our carrier partners to resolve issues on behalf of our clients.
