they are a good fit for this role.
Workstyle:
Join a passionate and innovative team where you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting
projects and shape the future of consumer software.
We use zoom a few times a day. We are heavy email users, and you’re expected to stay up to date on email
and to be responsive, usually answering the same day. The product/engineering teams also use Slack.
We are heavy users of Google documents. We often discuss a concept as a team and then someone writes up
a spec the same or next day for the team to review.
Our designers use Figma.
Our engineers are largely located at our partner Arbisoft.com in Pakistan. We have worked with them for 15
years across multiple companies. As the marketing leader, you won’t need to regularly be working with the
engineering teams, but note that our product managers/designers are US-based.
We believe in very small teams. Meetings where decisions are to be made are often attended by just the few
closest persons to the decision.
We are extremely action-oriented.
Location:
We are a virtual company, but we try to meet in person in Boston about once a week. Ideal candidate will be
located in the Boston area, or, someplace convenient to spend about a day a week in Boston, or a couple days every two weeks.
