WHO YOU ARE: An individual with 3-5 years of customer service experience, can work effectively in a team environment, strives for continuous improvement, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Prior Property and Casualty industry experience is a plus! Licensed as a Property and Casualty Agent recommended. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Providing rock star service to ensure that the client experience exceeds the satisfaction of each client and the standards of Amplified Insurance. You will be responsible for the day-to-day managing and servicing of retail, commercial accounts within an assigned book of business.
Service clients by responding to requests via telephone, mail, e-mail, fax or Account Executive
Gather renewal information, including client signatures on all applications, affidavit filings, finance agreements, and surplus lines fees.
Submit renewal information to insurance companies and negotiates renewal terms.
Remarket existing business when necessary and round out accounts.
Quote additional lines of coverage as needed.
Meet with Account Executives on a regular basis to review status of all business, new and existing clients.
