As a small, yet ambitious team, we are driven by our passion for art and our genuine care for customers and collaborators alike.  We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team and contribute to our exciting projects. 
Position: Supply Chain Specialist Responsibilities: As a Supply Chain Specialist at Royal Talens North America, you will enjoy the opportunity to:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute efficient supply chain strategies, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of art materials.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking supply movement, and optimizing order fulfillment processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and distributors to coordinate the procurement of materials and maintain strong relationships.
• Analyze demand forecasts and inventory data to make informed decisions and prevent supply shortages.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency within the supply chain.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
• Contribute to the implementation and utilization of supply chain management tools and systems.
• Assist in special projects with DC Operations team, such as implementation of Warehouse Management and Transportation Management systems. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess:
• Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably within a global company.
• Proficiency in utilizing supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations to the management team.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with JD Edwards or SAP ERP system a strong plus
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in supply chain management.
