As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll serve as an onsite embedded resource or a remote trusted advisor for BostonHCP clients.
Get smart: Invest in fully understanding clients’ businesses. Identify clients’ “why, how, and what” to gain in-depth knowledge of how best to source on their behalf.
Rigorously research: Build industry- and position-specific lists of target companies and high-caliber prospective candidates.
Source, screen, and submit: Through thoughtful outreach, generate interest in open opportunities, screen prospects, and submit pithy, engaging notes to internal partners and/or external clients.
Use your “spidey senses” to mitigate risk: Remain perpetually aware of client expectations and how you rank against those demands; adjust accordingly to deliver game-changing solutions that surpass success criteria.
Partner with client contacts: Build rapport with hiring managers through regular communication and face-to-face meetings; know when to adjust your own communication style to compliment client profiles.
You have a proven capacity to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and you understand how to manage candidate expectations and pain points.
You’re intellectually curious, with a high drive and a “can do” attitude.
You’re comfortable self-managing when appropriate, but you know when to ask for help.
You are comfortable with being accountable for your successes and setbacks.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
You are open to learning new and proven recruiting techniques and are comfortable being coached on these various techniques and business scenarios.
