Project Manager

New England Waterproofing, New England’s leader in waterproofing and repair repair is looking for a full-time Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing our commercial projects. Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of planning phases of construction projects, including design, cost estimates of materials, staffing, equipment and subcontractors, budgets, timetables and scheduling project milestones and payment schedules.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate effective communication skills, be capable of performing multiple tasks and possess organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Eight plus years of Project Management experience in construction or other related industries.
• Proven ability to complete tasks correctly and on time.
• Ability to make decisions, communicate well with customers and have constant contact with the home office.
