We build the digital experiences that elevate physical office space

Accurate and actionable insights are key to our mission of building stronger workplaces. Analytics plays a key role in our product strategy, daily operations, and the choices we make as we run our business. At HqO, the Analytics Engineering team is responsible for building out the analytics layer that enables data-driven decision-making - both for our customers and ourselves. As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will collaborate with Product and other teams to design new data models, promote internal data literacy, and support our client-facing data offerings. The team is small and growing, so you will have the opportunity to help influence our data modeling strategy, contribute to best practices, and mentor more junior team engineers.

  • Strong sense of project ownership with a high aptitude for translating loosely-defined business requirements into executable action plans
