WHO YOU ARE: An individual with 3-5 years of customer service experience, can work effectively in a team environment, strives for continuous improvement, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.  Prior Property and Casualty industry experience is a plus!  Licensed as a Property and Casualty Agent recommended.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Providing rock star service to ensure that the client experience exceeds the satisfaction of each client and the standards of Amplified Insurance.  You will be responsible for the day-to-day managing and servicing of retail, commercial accounts within an assigned book of business.
  • Service clients by responding to requests via telephone, mail, e-mail, fax or Account Executive
  • Gather renewal information, including client signatures on all applications, affidavit filings, finance agreements, and surplus lines fees.
  • Submit renewal information to insurance companies and negotiates renewal terms.
  • Remarket existing business when necessary and round out accounts.
  • Quote additional lines of coverage as needed.
  • Meet with Account Executives on a regular basis to review status of all business, new and existing clients.
