As a Clinical Specialist, you’ll serve as the face of our innovation to the clinical community — building trust, educating with authenticity, and inspiring health systems to adopt this product. You’ll bridge the gap between technology and medicine, engaging clinicians, administrators, and imaging leaders in thoughtful, evidence-based discussions that drive understanding, confidence, and ultimately, adoption of the company’s solutions. This role is for someone who clinicians immediately trust — someone who educates with credibility, listens deeply, and guides with confidence. You’ll be translating breakthrough science into real-world value for hospitals and imaging centers, ensuring that every engagement not only informs but inspires partnership. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted clinical educator and ambassador for the company — presenting data, clinical evidence, and workflow integration in a way that resonates with radiologists, technologists, and health-system leadership.
Build relationships rooted in credibility and empathy, becoming the “go-to” resource for clinical teams seeking to understand the company’s predictive AI and its role in breast health.
Partner closely with the sales and integration teams to accelerate adoption, guiding customers through evaluation, validation, and implementation with strategic and clinical insight.
Lead product demonstrations, education sessions, and Proof-of-Value programs that both inform and inspire — blending teaching with influence to create confidence in the company’s solutions.
Influence decision-making across departments by connecting clinical value, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency in a cohesive narrative.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure our customer engagements reflect the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Represent the company at conferences, customer events, and key opinion leader discussions, positioning the company as a trusted partner in advancing preventive and predictive breast care.
Preferred Traits and Experience
Deep understanding of breast imaging, oncology, or women’s health — ideally through clinical, technical, or medical device experience.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills — able to teach, persuade, and inspire clinicians at all levels.
High emotional intelligence and relationship-building capability; earns trust quickly through authenticity and professionalism.
Proven ability to work effectively across sales, clinical, and technical teams to advance adoption of new healthcare technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant clinical or technical field required; advanced degree or prior experience in breast imaging, diagnostic devices, or health system engagement preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage with customers on-site.
