About the Role We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, buy, and optimize cross-channel campaigns spanning TV, radio, print, traditional and digital out-of-home, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate thrives on both data and creativity, turning insights into impactful results. Key Responsibilities
Plan and purchase cross-channel media for both traditional and digital channels
Build, manage and optimize Google Ad campaigns (search, display and YouTube)
Track performance using Google Analytics and Looker Studio; report insights and optimization recommendations.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and billing accuracy
Collaborate with account and creative teams to test and refine messaging and creative.
Support SEO, email, and landing page optimization efforts.
Stay current on platform updates, privacy changes, and new tools.
Qualifications
2–4 years of hands-on digital campaign experience (agency experience preferred).
Proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager; certification a plus.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and email/CRM tools.
Strong analytical and communication and project-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
