About Us

Boston Venture Studio, founded by Paul English (co-founder of Kayak), is building the next generation of productivity tools. Our current focus is Supercal.com, a Calendly alternative designed to simplify scheduling for busy teams. We are a fast-moving, early-stage startup, and we’re looking for our first Customer Success Manager to join our team.

The Role

We’re seeking an energetic, tech-savvy early-career professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves learning and teaching new technology. You’ll play a critical role in onboarding new customers, leading implementations, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping us scale our impact. This is an opportunity to truly shape the customer success and marketing function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer implementations and onboarding for Supercal.com, creating a seamless experience that makes customers excited to work with you.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, and the CTO/CEO on marketing and outreach initiatives.

 
  • Assist with content creation, campaigns, and other marketing-related activities.
     

  • Adapt to shifting priorities, wearing multiple hats as needed in a startup environment.
     

  • Quickly learn and teach customers about our product, helping them get the most value from Supercal.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Early-career professional interested in marketing and customer success.

  • Extremely high energy, charismatic, and someone customers WANT to work with.
     

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
     

  • Experience or familiarity with marketing/MarTech is a plus.
     

  • Comfortable with fast-paced, constantly evolving priorities and tasks.
     

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (remote with weekly in-person meetings).
