Position Overview: The CBHI In-Home Therapy (IHT) Clinician at Latino Counseling Center provides intensive, home-based therapeutic services to children and families as part of the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI). This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to address behavioral and emotional challenges. The IHT Clinician works collaboratively with families to create a supportive environment and promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide intensive home-based therapy to children and families.
Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Services, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or any related field
LICSW/LMHC or license-eligible.
Valid license or eligibility in Massachusetts.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
On-call responsibilities:
Rotating On-call responsibilities until 8 PM.
