Job Description: We are seeking a results-oriented, highly motivated, and team-focused Sales Executive to join our team, the candidate will show success by leveraging our existing client database for cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and use their networking skills to drive net-new sales. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in growing our business by nurturing existing client relationships, creating new client relationships, expanding revenue opportunities, and building long-lasting client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: · Manage and grow our portfolio of existing clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. · Responsible for developing and maintaining an active pipeline of net-new qualified prospects of at least 2x net-new forecasted sales to meet annual quotas. · Prospect and acquire new clients through a combination of cold calling, networking, and referrals. · Maintain accurate sales records and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas. · Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company. · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions. · Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and check-ins. · Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs related to existing client retention and expansion. · Conduct with Sales Engineers in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' IT challenges and recommend tailored solutions. · Responsible for the creation of proposals, quotes, contracts, service level agreements, scopes of work, and responses to RFP/RFI documents. · Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations. · Collaborate with our technical team to ensure seamless scheduling, service delivery, and client satisfaction. · Keep all relevant Sales data updated in the CRM.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, with a focus on IT services.
Strong understanding of Managed IT Services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and network management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, with a drive for results and a passion for technology.
Proven track record of being an effective team member, fostering a positive team dynamic, and actively participating in the success of a team.
