  • Act as a consultative recruitment subject matter expert by driving best practices for the full recruitment lifecycle and strategic talent acquisition
  • Proactively manage the day-to-day applicant tracking process and recruitment process in Paylocity
  • Collaborates with hiring departments to create diversity and inclusion recruitment programs as well as ongoing outreach programs 
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and advising in the selection of final candidates
  • Conduct phone screens, schedule/conduct in-person interviews, coordinate schedules with hiring managers
  • Conduct weekly recruitment progress meetings with managers
  • Represent Ametros for recruiting purposes at identified colleges / Universities, networking, DEI industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc.
  • Manage market compensation pricing and analysis in Salary.com
  • Maintain and update job descriptions, employment website postings, and employee job boards
  • Create offer letters, conduct background checks, and assist with the onboarding process
  • Be proactive in evaluating the candidate experience at Ametros and recommend improvements where needed

  • Expertise in recruiting across multiple talent segments- insurance industry/pharmacy a plus!
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills, including working with a wide variety of people and personalities and effectively facilitating weekly group discussions and decision-making
  • Proactive communication skills: efficient, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized

Education and Qualifications:
  • Two (2) or more years of recruiting experience with a bachelor’s degree
  • PHR and CIR qualifications, preferred but not required
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
