Who we are looking for
We are looking to hire a Test Engineer to support our organization's continued growth in the Greater Boston Area! In this role, you will work as part of a scrum team, applying the "how can I break it" testing mindset, and ensure that we have reliable automated tests wherever possible. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a brand new team and office.

What to expect
  • Test Web-based applications to assure quality of new and existing functionality
  • Collaborate with testing and development teams define test plans
  • Develop software test cases based on project requirements and technical design
  • Document and communicate test results and defects
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our testing strategy and execution
What you need to succeed
  • BS degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related degrees
  • 4-6 years of experience in software testing
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium Webdriver, TestComplete, TestingWhiz, etc.
  • Strong Knowledge of programming and scripting Languages (Java, Python, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with API testing and tools
  • Knowledge of SQL and database systems highly desirable
  • Knowledge of manual testing required
  • Understanding of the software lifecycle, engineering practices, and software testing process
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and strong communications skills
  • Ability to work well within a team to accomplish a common goal
